Personal data

If you email ContractFlow or submit the contact form, we use the information you send, such as your email address, name, company, role and project details, only to answer your request, prepare a scoping discussion and manage pre-contractual exchanges. The contact form sends your message to our mailbox by email and does not store it in a separate database.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to professional requests and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps requested by you. Messages may be kept for up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required for contractual, accounting or legal reasons.

Recipients and hosting logs

Personal data is accessible only to ContractFlow and the technical providers needed to operate email and the website. Like most websites, the hosting provider may generate technical logs such as IP address, browser information and access date for security and service operation.

The website may load DSIndigo font files from Docusign's public CDN operated through Akamai; this technical request can transmit standard connection data such as IP address and browser information.

If a technical provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards required by GDPR must apply.

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify, erase or object to the processing of your personal data by emailing contact@contractflow.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses Matomo Analytics to measure audience, hosted in the European Union. It runs without cookies and with anonymised IP addresses, so it cannot identify you and requires no consent banner. The site uses no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking cookies. Apart from the contact form, which simply emails us your message, no personal data is collected. If you choose English or French, the site may store that language preference locally in your browser so the same language opens next time. You can delete it from your browser settings.
